Component composition of essential oil of Rhodiola algida (Ledeb.) Fisch & C.A. Mey and its biological activity

چکیده

For the first time component composition of essential oil Rhodiola algida (Ledeb.) Fisch & C.A. Mey. family Crassulaceae, collected in places natural growth July 2020 Kazakh Altai was studied. The this species determined by gas chromatography and chromatography-mass spectrometry. method spectrometry detected 100 components, which 79 substances were identified, accounting for 82-83% total oil. Antioxidant activity FRAP method. R. showed low antioxidant compared with butyl hydroxyanisole (BHA) at concentrations 0.25-1.0 mg/ml, confirming properties algida. Based on results cytotoxic against Artemia salina L. larvae, it concluded that has good lethal toxicity all tested, proves cytotoxicity At present, studies based from plant methods their analysis are direct interest phytopreparation.
